Shipping policy

This shipping policy does not include Pool Tables or any other custom or made to order products.  Please contact us prior to purchasing to check on current lead times for these products.

Your order will generally be shipped within 12 to 48 hours
Monday - Friday (except for public holidays).

We offer free shipping NZ Wide on orders over $150, EXCLUDING all tables - pool, snooker and table tennis tables.  

All orders under $150 will be charged freight at checkout.

Most New Zealand orders take between 2-5 Days to arrive.

Shirts - On Cue holds limited stock instore of unpersonalised shirts, which are ready to be shipped.  Where a personalised shirt is purchased, or an unpersonalised option where the size is currently out of stock instore, delivery will be approximately 6 weeks from the time of order/payment.
Please note, no shirts are sent for manufacture until paid for in full.

Small Items - Tracked Shipping: are sent via NZ Post or Post Haste go sweet spot service.
Either carrier will automatically email you tracking details, where an email address has been provided.

Large Items - Tracked Shipping: are sent via Castle Parcels courier service.
Your Castle Parcels tracking number will be sent by automatic email, where an email address has been provided.

Priority Delivery: Please advise us in the comments section of your order if you require priority delivery and we will do best to help you, additional costs may apply.
Please note: Once your order is collected, delivery is in the hands of the courier company, while we will do our best to expedite your order, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date.

Please double check your delivery address is correct before placing your order as orders lost due to incorrect address details will be at your own expense.
